In this role you will become a key member of a high performing and motivated sales team. You will be primarily accountable for a portfolio of Large Format Top 4 Grocery Stores where you will be responsible for implementing our Grocery Channel Agenda as well as driving Category & CCE Volume & Availability growth across a defined territory.
What to expect
Your role will be focused on strengthening existing relationships & building new ones along with creating new opportunities with our key contacts including Category, Store & Area managers across the Big 4 Grocers (Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s).
With the support of an aligned Merchandiser you will add value to our customers by being able to confidently present category & market updates, you will ensuring promotions are implemented in line with our Customers national plans and guarantee enough volume is available in order for stores to maximize promotions. To do this you will develop strong relationships across each store, as well as developing an in-depth understanding of store processes and ways of working.
Working with autonomy you will plan and execute your day based on the priorities and opportunities you discover to enable you to hit your key KPI’s and business objectives. You will create focused action plans & build priorities through analysing reports & data effectively.
You will utilise the sales tools you have at your disposal including access to Point of Sale, Chiller Equipment, and Sales & Brand Presenters as well as the latest reporting technology & data.
