Job Role: Customer Service Consultant - Customer Support Unit

Salary: £17,000 (will increase to £18,000 after achieving competency levels)

TSB’s hub in Bristol have a number of excellent and exciting opportunities for Customer Service Consultants in our Customer Support Team. We have Full Time Telephony roles available, alongside excellent working hours and full training and development. You’ll be the first point of contact in our support cente for customers to help them through difficult times, treating them empathetically whilst identifying a suitable solution for them moving forwards.

You do not require banking or financial services experience as full training is provided and we will encourage you to broaden your knowledge and develop within your role at TSB.
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. There will be the requirement to work 1 Sat morning on a rotational basis every 3 weeks for which you will be given time in lieu.
Starting salary of £17,000-£17,500
22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
