Capable of Operating a computerized airline reservation system GDS
Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
Handling Customer Complaints related to loyalty schemes.Take the responsibility of any specific functions or tasks,
Handle refunds within corporate guidelines.
Present a professional and favorable image of Nile Air at all times.
Ensure staff adherence to uniform standards and agreed greeting.
Ensure work area is maintained tidy, clean and organized.
Daily staff morning briefing to update staff and exchange information to ensure high level of product knowledge and market awareness.
- Experience of working on GDS or airline reservation systems preferred
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
