- Capable of operating a computerized airline reservation system GDS
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
- Handling Customer Complaints related to loyalty schemes.
- Take the responsibility of any specific functions or tasks,
- Handle refunds within corporate guidelines.
- Present a professional and favorable image of Nile Air at all times.
- University degree.
- Experience of working on GDS or airline reservation systems preferred
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
