Metso Minerals is looking for a Global Business Development for Life Cycle Services. The position can be located in a Metso site in Nordics, UK, Germany, France or North America.
In this Global Business Development role, you will be responsible for to the Life Cycle Services (LCS) commercial product development for the aggregate and mining industry together with the respective product business lines and market areas. You will report directly to Global Sales Director, Life Cycle Services.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop commercial service concepts for the aggregate and mining industry based on overall services business strategy.
- Work closely with product line managers to develop and validate service concepts
- Work closely with marketing team to commercialize concepts.
- Prepare and communicate standard products, sales material, and tools to support various Market Areas promote and sell LCS concepts.
- Assist with analysis of LCS sales globally
- Support Market Areas with the large LCS sales cases as required
- Develop further rental and leasing concepts for equipment within aggregate and mining industry.
- Establish, manage and communicate roadmap for LCS product portfolio development to management and other product line management stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you should already have proven experience of business development. You have at least 5 years’ experience in a global sales or business development role from solution or technical sales. You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering or business.
You are experienced in managing business development across Business Units and regions and working in multi-cultural teams. You have a clear business and service concepts understanding and the ability to deliver results in a complex matrix environment. You have an excellent technical understanding; experience/knowledge of wears and spares parts and/or aggregates is an asset.
You are a self-starter with independent workstyle and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
This role requires ability to travel up to 50% of work schedule.
